UI Designer

We are looking for a talented User Interface Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs.

The Position

• Ability to create standout experiences that using conversion focused design
• Identify key ideas to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channels
• Provide deliverables including prototypes, proof of concept, wire frames, user flows, use cases, and user scenarios
• Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience
• Work directly with clients
• Develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
• Work with team members to develop streamlined UI processes
• Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Desirable Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in UI Design, both hands on and working conceptually
• A portfolio of conversion focused, commercial UI design work
• A background in digital creative agencies, understanding how to bridge the world of innovation and UI design to the world of big idea creative and platform thinking
• Solid understanding and demonstration of UI design principles, with mastery in design tools, methodologies, processes, best practices, and key deliverables (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google docs etc)
• The ability to lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
• Able to collaborate and work closely with other disciplines and have a broad understanding of design that goes beyond Visual Design.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences would be advantageous
